Surgeon Gowns and Aprons
Gowns are made in SMMS and SSMMS non-woven fabric, with reinforced and wrap-around versions for longer or wetter procedures. Gowns are available in Small, Medium, Large, XL and XXL.

Abbreviations
- SMS – spunbond-meltblown-spunbond non-woven fabric.
- SMMS and SSMMS – multi-layer versions of the same fabric, used for surgeon gowns.
- ABS – absorbent.
- ETO – sterilised with ethylene oxide. Some items are also supplied non-sterilised.
- AAMI Level IV – the highest barrier level in the AAMI classification for surgical gowns.

Materials
Our drapes are made from a laminate of polypropylene fibres and polyethylene film and contain no cellulose. They resist fluid strike-through, the adhesive edges hold reliably to the skin or wound edge, and the material is soft and pliable for both patient and staff.
